The first LSD podcast episode: my top 7 tools & resources that deeply influenced me.

Welcome to the launch of my Podcast Series, LOVE SEX DESIRE.

For anyone who knows about putting a podcast series together knows there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make this happen. Whilst I am a newbie to the podcast scene I’m definitely committed to making this series the best place to be when it comes to all things LOVE SEX DESIRE and helping you transform your relationships and your life.

Today, I have two episodes for you.  This post is dedicated to the first episode, while the next post is dedicated to the second episode which also includes my very first featured guest (if I could have linked them into the same post, I would of, but podcasting doesn’t work that way).

In this first episode, I share with you:

  • who this podcast series is for
  • my journey exploring LOVE SEX DESIRE, and
  • my top 7 tools, practices and resources that changed my life

You will notice that none of these tools/resources/practices that I share are specifically about sex, well not in the way that most people understand sex. My journey has been about deepening my connection with my own soul and my own body, and as this body-soul connection has deepened so has my desire to explore sex, in particular sex that is transformative and sacred. However, without this deep body-soul connection, the wisdom of sacred sex fell on deaf ears and was more of a mind fuck then anything.

Over the coming episodes I will be sharing lots more of these recent sex explorations but for now, it’s super valuable for you to know what forms the foundation of my body-soul explorations as I wouldn’t be surprised that will be very similar to your foundation.

Thanks so much for tuning in. I’d love to now hear from you.

  • Do you use any of these tools/practices/resources? How have they impacted your life?
  • What other tools/practices/resources help you deepen your own body-soul connection?
  • Or tell me, what are you hoping to learn from listening to this podcast series?

  1. HOLY YES to Vipassana, Sera Beak, and Anatomy of the Spirit.

And… you KNOW what I think about Belinda (fucking amazing) :D

  2. Just listened in to this maiden voyage podcast and love that you’ve shared your jigsaw journey here. Anatomy of the Spirit was an important text for me years ago, music and dance were always my nightly therapy and release after work. 5 years ago I stopped listening and stopped dancing and I ‘left’ my body. Interestingly, Tara (through her blog Such Different Skies) introduced me to a song that cracked me open to movement again and I haven’t looked back. I’m also studying with Belinda Davidson and I sure as hell will be at one of your sacred dance parties one of these days. Congratulations on the new website and podcast series! Can’t wait to dive into the juicy richness of it all.
