The power and magic of your sound.

Thanks to a recent workshop I attended lately, I was reminded of the power and magic of sound when it comes to sex.  And by sound, I’m referring to your sounds of ecstasy.

Apparently, silencing a woman during sex is one of the worst things you can do to a woman as it stifles her expression and her voice. So no more silence ladies and no more holding back your sounds of ecstasy (or any sound for that matter)!

In today’s episode I share:

  • when I first discovered the power of sound at age 18/19yrs
  • why sex with a woman reinforced the importance of sound (and made me more compassionate towards men)
  • why sound matters when it comes to deeper intimacy and better sex

Now it’s your turn. Tell me in the comments below…

  • Are you willing to play with sound this weekend?
  • How has expressing sound (or suppressing sound) impacted your sex life?

Also, I’d love it if you could leave a review and rating over on iTunes.  Again, this will help LOVE SEX DESIRE reach many more people (thank you!).

Remember, if you have any burning questions about LOVE SEX DESIRE that you’d love answered in an upcoming episode, submit them HERE.

Until next week,

Big Love

  1. I’ve been on your mailing list for ages, but never actually listened to an episode of Love Sex Desire. I was intrigued as I saw you mentioned sleeping with women (I’m in a relationship with a woman myself), so thought I’d give it a listen.
Seriously given me a lot to contemplate/think about! Personally, after my first sexual experiences, I thought I preferred quiet sex. I mean, this woman would jabber away and ask SO many questions and it was just distracting and annoying. But in my current (much happier/more serious) relationship, I’ve definitely grown to appreciate the times she makes sounds… and always encourage her to make them more. It’s a massive turn on, plus it gives me a better idea of if what I’m doing is working!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts/experiences on something so intimate <3

    • Lizzy, yes there’s a big difference between the sounds of talking vs the sounds of ecstasy. Enjoy the exploration! Big Love Susana XO
