I’m kicking off the week with a whole lot of love. It doesn’t get any better than this.
1. The Wellness Warrior. Jessica Ainscough is the genuis behind alllllll the juicy + healthy content on the site. A few years ago, she took healing into her own hands when she was diagnosed with cancer when she was just 22. So she definitely knows what it takes to really connect with the body + nourish it. Her quarter life crisis looks very different to mine, but it both took us on a path of self care + self discovery. Turns out this is the foundation of it all.
2. The World’s Biggest Summit. “Imagine leaning into your screen and learning from 100+ from the worlds most inspiring teachers…totally FREE??” If that doesn’t get you a little wet, then think Danielle Laporte, the Astro Twins, SARK, Lyn Andrews, Julia Cameron, Oriah Mountain Dreamer, Kate Northrup, Dr Larissa Rankin…and MORE! Seriously, go there now + sign up. Illumination Guaranteed. ALL of these women have deeply influenced me during my quarter life crisis. And the genius behind this brilliant summit, is Goddess Leonie from Proserpine, Queensland (a gorgeous soul I met a few months ago online thanks to a course we both did hosted in New York).
3. Lomi Lomi Massages. I’ve tried just about every type of massage, but nothing beats this. Click play on the video for a visual teaser of this incredible experience.
And yes, the lady giving the massage is the my personal bodywork magician. Her name is Kimberlee. She also teaches Lomi Lomi massage, so if you’re in this field or have been looking for the right course, check out Kimberlee’s offerings. She has a week long training retreat starting on the 8th August and there is one spot left!! Click her for details. And at the retreat, is some soul nourishing yoga with me in the mornings.
4. Ministry of Sound the annual: 10yrs. I love my dance music. And since hitting the dance floor a few weeks ago (the first time in a looooooooong time), I’ve decided it’s time to invite some crazy dancing back into my life.
5. My daughter dressed in her very first jazz uniform + the attitude to go with it.
6. My whiteboard + coloured markers. I have my daily planners to keep track of events + meetings + appointments + workshops etc etc but I looooooooove my whiteboard for brainstorming projects + breaking them down into tasks + keeping track of my things to do. I’m a visual person when it comes to that. I need to see how the smaller pieces fit into the WHOLE PICTURE.
7. Quinoa. I eat this almost everyday. I can’t get enough of it.
8. Nestle Dark Chocolate with Cashew Nut + Cherry. Delicious.
9. Pinterest. My visual playground + virtual pinboard.
10. Google Plus. If you have no idea what it is or why you should even know about it, watch this quick clip. I love innovation!
11. My mum. She’s played a big part in my healing + transformational journey during the past 18months. Deeply grateful for every little thing.
What are you loving this Monday?? Start your week off with a dose of love!
xo
I am loving your blog :). I am so excited for the world’s biggest summit. I’ve got my ticket! I am also loving: Game of Thrones, my new macbook pro (switched from pc to mac and loving it!), Gorgeous sunshiny days (not bad for winter in NSW) my baby ‘talking’ to her toys (such a sweet sound), my boy telling me he loves me at random intervals, and my soulmate having the day off tomorrow (after six days on – can’t wait!)
Susana, I am with Alana, I am loving your blog. And I love hearing about what you love! In this moment I am loving our Seattle sunshine, my sweet Bichons Molly and Maggie, fresh fruit and veggies, this blog post, your Lomi Lomi massage video, and G+! Thanks for the tips above. I just recently heard about Pinterest and now I will check it out. xoxo
