We’ve got babes flying in from Melbourne and Sydney.
We’ve got babes driving from the Sunshine Coast and Byron Bay.
We’ve got babes coming with girlfriends and babes coming on their own.

We’ve got a babe who rescheduled her 30th birthday plans and is flying interstate to be at this event.  This will be her third sacred dance party with me (she hasn’t missed one yet!).

Something tells me this is not a night to be missed.  

For those who have never been to a sacred dance session and have no idea what it’s all about, I thought I’d give you a (detailed) breakdown of how THIS particular evening is going to unfold.

// Prelude :: The Arrival

Doors open at 6:10pm.  You’ll get checked off the guest list by one of my gorgeous event assistants.

You’ll enter the reception area, kick off your shoes (if you’re wearing any) and be escorted into the studio. (Psst…This is where we’ll have big hugs!)

You’ll place your belongings on the shelves provided, then make your way onto a yoga mat (or lay your own yoga mat down) and chillax in silence.  In the beginning, treat it just like a yoga or meditation class.  (Trust me, you’ll be happy you’re conserving your energy for the actual dance session!)

// Part One :: The Workshop

At 6:30pm sharp we’ll kick off this 1hr interactive and experiential workshop designed to give you all the goods you need to have the BEST (and most transformative) dance session of your life.

I’ll also be equipping you with some tools and techniques to drop you out of your head and into your body. Plus, we’ll be exploring your relationship to love, sex and desire with some powerful self-inquiry practices.

// Part Two :: The Guided Dance Session

When the clock strikes 7:30pm we’ll clear the yoga mats.
You’ll find your space on the dance floor and I’ll press play.

The session begins with a grounding and opening prayer.

As the beat kicks in you’ll observe your desire to move.  But you won’t react…not yet.  This beat will tease you and seduce you until you can’t take it anymore.

A fire will start in your heart.
Then it will consume you.

Before you know it, every single cell in your body will be ignited.

With your blood now pumping through your veins, we’ll journey through an eclectic mix of tunes purposely chosen to move your body in a variety of ways with the intent of releasing stagnant energy and old emotions.

You’ll experience waves of wild joy cascading over your body and waves of raging anger erupting from the depths of your core.

You will unleash it ALL and you will burn it ALL.  To the point where you’ll be free from the past and the pain, the shackles and the shame, the frustration and the fear.

Maybe you’ll cry.
Maybe you’ll rejoice.

Either way, you’ll rise from the ashes radiating with a lovers gratitude.
You’ll surrender and soften into your feminine essence.
You’ll call in your masculine counterpart.
And you’ll sing hallelujah.

Then, I’ll take you even deeper.  To a place where you’ll remember…
…the power of moving with confidence
…the joy of moving with pleasure
…the thrill of moving with no inhibitions
…the freedom of moving with no boundaries
…and the ecstasy of moving like a Goddess.

Only then, will you be ready to bring it home.  There will be big beats and killer anthems at a tempo that will make you sweat.  You will lose yourself in the trance and experience a wild euphoria like never before.

And when it’s all over, your eyes will sparkle and your skin will glow.

You’ll eventually catch your breath.
You’ll taste the ecstasy in the air.
And you’ll feel your heart overflowing with so much love that your closing prayer will simply be “THANKYOU”.

(Yes. You will be a changed woman…for life.)

// Part Three :: The Community

For those who desire to stay a little longer and connect even more, we’ll be sipping on chai and nibbling on treats as we all soak in the euphoria and bliss of what was the best night of our lives.
