I often hear of women who would love to “want” to have sex with their partners/husbands more. Some of these women feel like sex has become a chore or a duty that needs to be fulfilled, while others literally have no desire what so ever to be sexually intimate.
Whilst my approach to libido is around erotic empowerment and understanding desire (you may recall this podcast about getting your sexual mojo back), it’s also important to highlight that low libido can actually be a symptom of a much bigger issue regarding our health. This is why I’ve asked Dr Nat Kringoudis to join me today.
Nat is a chinese medicine pracitioner, acupuncturist, author, speaker and all round natural fertility expert. She is also the founder of a women’s health clinic in Melbourne called the Pagoda Tree and the producer of HealthTalks TV.
