“The New Rules of Marriage will introduce you to a radically new kind of relationship, one based on the idea that every woman has the power to transform her marriage, while men, given the right support, have it in them to rise to the occasion.” — Terry Real
This one line was the only sign I needed to know that I had to buy The New Rules of Marriage written by Terry Real. This idea was the exact same one I had landed on as a result of my own explorations in discovering what it really takes to create a thriving partnership.
I devoured The New Rules of Marriage in one day. It’s definitely one of my top favourite books on creating a thriving relationship and cannot recommend it highly enough.
Today on the podcast series I’m joined by Terry Real himself. He is an internationally recognised Family Therapist, speaker, best-selling author and Founder of the Relational Life Institute. His forte is in leading couples on a step by step journey to greater intimacy and greater personal fulfilment.

Big Love
LOVED IT.
So funny, two or three things that were mentioned during the podcast I had actually read for the first time today in my own readings and musings around couples therapy (Ares and I are now doing a fair bit of couples coaching sessions). Felt like some messages had to come through twice for me today!
Fantastic podcast Susana.
Love your work (and your voice) ;)
