Breaking up isn’t a fun experience for anyone – even if it’s been a civil breakup or an act of “conscious uncoupling”.
There are going to be {several} moments when you start to notice and feel the absence of your ex. This is completely normal and even expected. However, if we aren’t mindful and intentional with what we do want to create moving forward, then we’re going to find ourselves getting get stuck on a thought that will only perpetuate the suffering.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing two things that I’ve personally implemented that will help you not only stop you from getting stuck in the past but also help you move forward from your ex with grace.
