My new website www.deliriouslydeep.com is officially alive!  I have been rolling in the deep for what feels like eternity.  hibernating. transforming.  resurrecting.  It has been painful + joyous, heartbreaking + liberating.

Here are a few things you need to know right now:

1. Embracing the absolute truth of your essence + shining your infinite light is all that matters.   Deep down you already know this.  www.deliriouslydeep.com is a blog to remind you of that.  Regular doses of inspiration for living true, lighting up your life + blazing your own trail.

2. I love yoga.  After years of being a cardio-queen + addicted to all things go-go-go, I have finally learnt to slow down + tune in to my body.  I am currently teaching two public classes in Coolum Beach, Sunshine Coast.
