Module THREE – THE Exercises

Your mission this week has three components:

  1. Choose an emotional state you don’t often allow yourself to experience.
  2. Curate a playlist with at least 3 songs that evoke your chosen emotional state.
  3. Dance to your full playlist at least once.

If you need help with song selections, start by browsing the following playlists.

Remember, keep a journal so you can reflect on your experiences and your song selections.
