The full e-book clocks in at over 200 pages, with 18 Sessions, 13 videos, and 22 Worksheets, and a whollotta smart love. In each module, there are a number of “Sessions” (chapters.) Most of the Sessions have accompanying Worksheets and a video. Every video has been transcribed into readable copy. Cool, eh? The Worksheets are inserted throughout the book in each Session, and you can also get them all in one file called, The Workbook O’ Fire. I havent heard of the spark kit before – but it sure sounds like a great idea to work through each chapter and work out what you want from life! I love the idea of the chapter about “Branding” as that is talked about all of the time online!

Wow! What a sensational resource. I’m jumping out of my skin reading the juicy content list as I mentally tick off each item… ‘yup, need that’, ‘oh yeah could use support with that too’. Just like Susana’s beautiful Yoga classes, it sounds like ‘the spark kit’ was created just for me for where I am at in my life right now. Having been made redundant from my dream job a few weeks ago, I have been at a crossroads, ‘get an office job and knuckle down accumulating funds for a while’, or ‘follow my passion for yoga as a means for healing and empowering young women’. All the signs are telling me to go with the latter. It scares the crap out of me. I could use a good SPARK to help me get clarity around my strengths, manage my time, create productive partnerships and most-importantly, help me to establish myself in a new community as a yoga teacher.
