My current love list is a mixed bag of events I’m so excited to be leading or participating in, political speeches that have made me laugh, a sacred scent that is just for me and a song that is stuck on replay.

1. Stillness + Sisterhood.

This Sunday marks another night of Stillness with myself & Tara Bliss.  I’ve been trying to find the right words to describe just how powerful this night is but nothing does it justice.  It’s something you simply need to come and experience yourself.

1. Selfish for 27 days.  Enrolments open now.

Calling all the women who are mama’s, bloggers, healers, teachers, entrepreneurs, leaders and seekers.

Calling all the women who are busy taking care of others – be it your children, your clients, your parents, your students or your friends.

Calling all the women who know that it’s time to shift the focus off THEM and put it on YOU so you can find your centre and realign yourself with who you really are and what you truly want.

If you want to be of real service to your family, your community and the world, then you need a ‘selfish’ practice to sustain the energy needed to keep giving to the people you love and the enthusiasm needed to keep expressing your gifts and strengths.

3. Soulpreneurs.  I love this word.

Not only do I love the word ‘soulprenreneur’ but I also love all the women who are speaking about this ‘soulpreneur’ event.  And I’m soooo excited (and honoured) to be one of them!

4. Sacred Scents. I am in love.

Perfumes and synthetic stuff is a no go zone for me.  So when I discovered Sacred Scent I was over the moon!  I didn’t really know what to expect.  I hadn’t ever bought anything like this before, let alone even heard of it.  But knowing that it was going to be created during a magical ceremony with certified organic essential oils and vibrational essences infused with crystals and gems, hand-plucked flowers, light + music, symbols and chanted blessings, how could I not give this a go. Besides, it is utterly one-of-a-kind: no one but you will ever have your sacred scent.

5. Speeches like this celebrating the gay marriage bill passed in New Zealand. 

5. “Spoons” by Rudimental.

I have an equal love of silence and music.  And both play an integral part of my life.  But when it comes to music, every now and again I hear a song that penetrates my cells and moves me from the inside out.  This is one of them.  And it’s taking me “deeper and deeper…”
